He sido muy afortunada y gracias a ellos he probado el método Dr. Martin Schwarz Expert 38%, un tratamiento profesional de blanqueamiento dental para hacer en casa. Se presenta en fórmula gel, con una concentración de peróxido de carbamida precisa que posibilita blanquear los dientes de manera rápida y efectiva, sin la necesidad de aplicar lámparas especializadas y caras, evitando así el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento dental. No blanquea empastes y elementos dentales de porcelana. Este gel provoca la oxidación y la eliminación, degradación selectiva de los materiales orgánicos indeseables (café, té, vino, tetraciclinas, etc.) y junto a sus propiedades blanqueadoras proporciona excelentes resultados, de forma rápida y eficiente. Se aconseja guardarlo en la nevera entre 2º y 8ºC, evitando la luz directa.

El otro producto incluido es gel dental antibacteriano Bioscaling, destinado a la eliminación independiente y no invasiva de la placa dental. El método es completamente seguro tanto para los dientes como para el esmalte. Debido a sus fuertes propiedades antisépticas, Bioscaling elimina bacterias, virus y hongos de la boca, previniendo así infecciones.

Y por supuesto también me han enviado dos pares de férulas dentales o flexi trays con cajita incluida para un guardado higiénico.

CREACIÓN DE LAS FÉRULAS A MEDIDA

Pon un poco de agua hirviendo en una taza y coloca UNA férula en ella. Espera de 5 a 8 segundos y luego colócala con cuidado en los dientes de arriba. Presta atención ya que puede estar muy caliente, espera un segundo si es necesario para no quemarte. Tras colocarla sobre los dientes, succiona el aire y presiónala contra estos con los dedos, ya que debe pegarse lo más cerca posible a tu dentadura. Repetir estos pasos con la segunda férula para los dientes de abajo.

Si el resultado no es satisfactorio, repite todo el procedimiento. Ten en cuenta que calentar demasiado la férula o varias veces puede dañarla. Después de crear un molde apropiado, colócala en agua fría durante unos segundos. Recorta las partes innecesarias como el asa, para una aplicación más cómoda. Realizar el mismo procedimiento con la segunda.

APLICACIÓN DEL TRATAMIENTO BLANQUEADOR

Paso 1: prepárate para el tratamiento blanqueador

Cepilla con Bioscaling directamente antes de cada sesión de blanqueamiento. Este gel dental antibacteriano lo podemos usar en los moldes y que actúe durante 25/30 minutos, aunque la forma más conveniente y rápida es cepillarse los dientes mientras lo mezclas con tu pasta dentífrica habitual en proporción 1:1. Seca los dientes con cuidado.

Paso 2: coloca el gel en las férulas

Coloca una pequeña cantidad de gel en la superficie frontal de la parte interna de las flexi trays (debe cubrir la superficie externa de los dientes). Aplica el gel en cada diente a blanquear. Será una cantidad suficiente para que después de insertar las férulas en la boca, el gel no se desborde sobre las encías (sobre 0,1-0,5 ml).

Paso 3: inserta las férulas

Aplica las férulas dentales con Expert 38% en los dientes y mantenlas durante 20-30 min. Si el gel se sale por las encías, retíralo con un dedo, un pañuelo de papel o un hisopo de algodón (lo más cómodo para mi gusto). Recuerda que durante el proceso de blanqueamiento no puedes comer, beber ni fumar.

Paso 4: después del blanqueamiento

Enjuaga la boca con agua. Limpia las férulas con un cepillo y pasta de dientes. Guárdalas en la cajita correspondiente.

Los resultados son visibles después de la primera sesión de 30 minutos, blanqueando los dientes entre 4 y 8 tonos. La duración del tratamiento no debe exceder los 12 días.

• El color de los dientes depende de nuestros hábitos diarios. Fumar cigarrillos, consumir café, vino tinto, té, etc tendría un impacto negativo en su blancura. Recuerda que entre las sesiones y justo después de un ciclo de blanqueamiento, los dientes son más vulnerables a estos productos y se recomienda encarecidamente evitarlos durante ese tiempo.

MI OPINIÓN Y RESULTADO

Ya había utilizado tratamientos parecidos de otras marcas, a veces con muy buenos resultados, y otros no tanto. No fumo, ni bebo café y mal color de dientes creo que no tenía, pero una es coqueta y apostar por una boca sana siempre es un acierto, así que me animé a usarlo. Gracias al tratamiento Dr. Martin Schwarz Expert 38% he conseguido blanquear más mis dientes de manera rápida y segura en menos de 2 semanas. Lo he usado unos 10 días todas las noches tras lavarme los dientes y antes de acostarme. Creo que es la mejor manera y más cómoda. ¡Resultados a simple vista! Me voy a tomar unos días de descanso y luego seguiré con lo que me queda para que el blanqueamiento sea mayor, ya que es un proceso que requiere aplicaciones regulares.

Los productos vienen perfectamente envasados, con sus instrucciones individuales, se ven muy profesionales; además incluyen una escala de tonos para saber cuánto nos hemos blanqueado.
